President of Ars et Norma Association and multimedia artist Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic was granted a prestigious Government Award GOLDEN TOKEN and a Charter, delivered by the Cultural Union of Serbia („KULTURNO PROSVETNA ZAJEDNICA SRBIJE“) in collaboration and support of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Serbia. The Award was granted to her for a long term contribution to cultural development of Serbia with the following statement:

Composition “Under the Golden Sun of Serbia” an integral part of the self titled Ars et Norma Association’s project, had another performance on “Saint Sava Academy” on the 27th of January 2007, at Sava Center in Serbian Capitol. Like the previous year, an event was organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia and produced by Intermedia Network and MTS Co.
Association’s President, who is also an artist, Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic, performed the composition along with a collaborating group of musicians. Accompanying choir "Obilic" was led by a renowned conductor Darinka Matic- Marovic. Composition and lyrics is the works of Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic and Goran Milosevic. Arrangement and symphonic orchestration are written by Miss Milosevic.
Apart from the artistic program, the awards were granted to those the most contributing members of the community in the field of education. Along with the host of the event, Minister of Education Mr. Slobodan Vuksanovic, present were distinguished members of Serbian public life, Serbian Prime Minister Mr. Vojislav Kostunica, Serbian clergy officials and many others.

Ars et Norma Association
has continued realization of an executive production Project titled “Tesla
the Man Who Changed the World”, within the “150 Years Jubilee Celebration
of Tesla’s Birth”.
Documentary film „Nikola Tesla - Otkrica“ was translated and edited
into French under the title „Nikola Tesla – Les Inventions“.
Film premiers as a part of an exhibition titled “Tesla’s Remarkable
World of Electricity” at the “Serbian Cultural Centre” in
Paris, France.
Serbian Minister of Mining and Energy Mr. Radomir Naumov had opened the exhibition,
along with Serbian Ambassador in Paris, Mr. Predrag Simic and Director of “Nikola
Tesla’s Museum Belgrade” Mr. Vladimir Jelenkovic.
Documentary film will be
shown within the exhibition from January 19th, until February 19th 2007.

Documentary film „Nikola Tesla - Inventions“
Seventeen minutes long documentary
film „Nikola Tesla - Inventions“, by a writer, director and music
editor, Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic, President of Ars et Norma Association,
premiered on the 10th of July 2006 in Sava Center, Belgrade, Serbia, at the
Honorary Academy “Tesla the Man Who Changed the World”, within the
“150 years jubilee celebration of Tesla’s birth” initiated
by the Government of Serbia Committee for Tesla jubilee.
From then on, the film was shown in the number of occasions.
The scenario brings out the spirit of Tesla’s scientific genius and his creative visions that have no time, nor space boundaries. Tesla’s scientific achievements are shown within a broader concept of his creative and living circumstances. The content dwells on a thesis of the progress of mankind, based on inventions, which is the very core of Tesla’s work.
The film is produced by Ars et Norma
Association, with the cooperation and the help of the “Nikola Tesla Museum
in Belgrade” Serbia and »Tesla Memorial Society of New York«,
U.S.A.
Documentary film „Nikola Tesla - Otkrica“ was translated into English
under the title, „Nikola Tesla – Inventions“. It was included
into the Republic of Serbia official representation during the Parliamentary
Council of Europe autumn session in Strasbourg, France, during the 2nd until
the 6th of October 2006, where it was shown numerous times.
The projection was going on in the hole of the Parliamentary Dome, within the
exhibition “Tesla’s Remarkable World of Electricity” which
promoted Tesla’s work as well as Serbia itself.

On the 17th of October 2006, Belgrade Association of Inventors, Serbian Academy
of Sciences and Arts and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, had organized “October
Convention of Inventors for 2006”, titled “150 Years Jubilee of
Nikola Tesla’a Birth”
The honor to open the Convention
was conferred to President of Ars et Norma Association Miss Alexandra Sladjana
Milosevic.
Documentary film “Nikola Tesla – Inventions”, artistic work
of Miss A.S. Milosevic, was shown during the Convention’s program.
Miss Milosevic had also presented “The Plaque of the Serbian Academy of
Sciences and Arts” to Mr. Mladen Selak, successful businessman and an
inventor residing in USA, whose Foundations grant scholarships to young inventors
and talented pupils and students of Serbia.
The awards to the most successful team and individual inventors were presented by the eminent public figures of Serbian society, such as the President of Serbia Mr. Boris Tadic who had also given the opening speech, President of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts and a laureate of “Pupin’s Great Golden Medal for 2006” Academician Nikola Hajdin, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia Slobodan Milosavljevic, Minister for International Economic Relations Mr. Milan Parivodic and many respectful guests.
The awarded inventor’s achievements derive from the wide spectrum of fields such as business, science and arts.

Convention participants
„Under the Golden Sun of Serbia” Project that had initially started
in 2004 had gotten its fresh start and continuation in the last months.
Composers and the lyricists
of the musical number are Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic and Goran Milosevic.
Arrangement and the orchestration for the Symphonic orchestra and Choir are
written by A. Sladjana Milosevic, who is also a producer, instrumentalist, vocalist
and a video clip director.
„Under the Golden Sun of Serbia” video clip is produced by „Intermedia Network” company and Ars et Norma Association and is already in rotation in Serbian TV media.
Due to „Intermedia Network” company help and support, composition’s authors, as well as the Association had gotten the basis for further Project development.

Ars et Norma Association had successfully completed the executive production
Project of the Honorary Academy titled “Tesla the Man Who Changed the
World”, within the “150 Years Jubilee Celebration of Tesla’s
Birth” in a final program released on the 10th of July 2006 at Belgrade’s
Sava Center.
Author of the scenario for the Honorary Academy was Association’s President
Miss Alexandra Sladjana Milosevic.
Miss Milosevic was also the writer, director and a music editor of a 17 minutes long documentary film on Nikola Tesla, titled „Inventions“, which had opened the program.
Ars et Norma Association had realized executive production of the program in collaboration with Boško Buha Theater in Belgrade. Along with the Project Coordinator, several members of the Association took part in the Project, such as Dejan Nikolic - Chief Producer, Jovan Sejnjanovic -Producer Assistant, Jasmina Malesevic – Literary consulting, Nevenka Antic - Legal consulting and other active Association’s members.
Honorary Academy was broadcasted by the national TV, Radio Television Serbia. The program was globally transmitted via satellite.
At the Academy, present were respectable members of Serbian public life, such as the President of Serbia Mr. Boris Tadic, Minister for Energy Mr. Radomir Naumov, Ministar of Culture Mr. Dragan Kojadinovic, EU representatives, “Nikola Tesla Museum” in Belgrade Director Mr.Vladimir Jelenkovic and other honorable members of the diplomatic core.
The speakers of the official
segment of the program were President of Serbian Parliament Mr.
Predrag Markovic and the President of the Serbian Academy of Science Mr. Nikola
Hajdin.

A meeting with EU intellectual property expert Dr. Mihaly Ficsor, was held on the 30th of May 2006, at Zavod za intelektualnu svojinu SCG (Intelectual Property Institute) in Belgrade. The meeting was organized by Zavod za intelektualnu svojinu with Mr. Ficsor and the authors and neighboring rights holders.
Topics tackled the problems that authors, performers, discography and film producers, cable TV distributors and organizations for collective governing of copyrights and neighboring rights in SCG, encounter in their work.
Presiding of the event was Ms.Ljiljana Rudic Dimic, Chief of Copyright and Neighboring Rights Department of Zavod za intelektualnu svojinu. Record labels representatives, Anti-piracy Association of SCG (APASCG) representative, Actors Union representative, Serbian representative in the World Trade Organization, British expert from Patent Office along with other interested parties, took part in a discussion.
Ms. Nevenka Antic, Ars et Norma Association’s
Legal Clinic Coordinator, represented the Association at the meeting.
Seminar on journalist’s professional, social and copy-rights was held at the offices of the “Independent Journalists’ Association of Serbia” (IJAS) in Belgrade, on the 17th of April 2006.
Introductory speech was given by IJAS representatives, Dejan Kozul and Snezana Djokic. Educators were Ma. Ljiljana Rudic-Dimic from Intellectual Property Institute, Velimir Curguz Kazimir from Media Documantation Ebart, lawyer Nevenka Antic from Ars et Norma Association and journalist Nenad Jovicevic. National and international rules on the copyright were presented by Mr Ljiljana Rudic-Dimic, copyrights and media documenting were presented by Velimir Curguz Kazimir, forms and mechanisms for journalists’ copyright protection by lawyer Nevenka Antic.

Association’s Legal Clinic Coordinator, spoke about institutional and
non-institutional aspects of journalist’s copyright protection, new laws
implementation problems, European and international court practice and digital
trends in copyright law protection.
